I was hooking up in 3rd due to the R888r's and 325/30/19 tire size. There was some spinning but it was very controllable and smooth.

Nah, it's going to be how far can you spin the tires in 6th?

So to put this all together, my car had a bigger load on it in 5th gear, it made boost sooner (by looking at the Tq graph), and it made more hp because of it. It still made 825hp at the wheel. That is 949 hp at the crank.
I make about 87whp in my Buick, it’s a v-6 also 3.1 liter. Made more for torque

For sure, you could very well just go when it is cooler or less humid during the fall or spring and easily get it.

I get tired of people trying to ruin others experience because they used a dyno that reads high or low, or questioning the validity of data unless it is obvious it can't be true.
Well I'm glad I was able to touch your pet peeve!

I have never tried to ruin his experience, I have been cheering during the whole build.

Like I said above, I'm sure if he does a recheck in the fall/spring it'd be there or could be there with minor adjustments.

And if you want to get into theory - If you are to use the dyno graphs as a tool and show multiple 4th gear pulls and one 5th gear pull how is that comparable?

Again, I'm not knocking anything that he's accomplished. I am in aww of how great things came out after the struggle. It gives me hope!

All builds this big are a struggle. Just takes painstakingly long. Nothing you can do but hold on for the ride. That is why you see so many people sell them after it is done. They are exhausted. I can feel it but I am not selling. LMAO....

The other issues with a big build is you don't have a magic formula on what works and what lives. There are a few guys up in this area but very few that actually drive them regularly. Some share info and some don't. I am happy with the outcome. If I decide to go further, I will need to work on the restrictions and a better intake manifold. At the moment I just don't see the need.

Nothing to sweat about at all,
Probably would have made it with a better grade ethanol
Nearly 1000bhp is just crazy...

I have seen it and you have to do too many modifications for a street car at my power level. Many things have to be moved.

Charles just posted on Instagram about the manifold. Must modify the engine harness, custom fabricated cooling pipes and reservoir, custom fabricated oil dipstick and tube. CJ Motorsports intercooler will be needed with exits on the top tank, custom intercooler pipes, and modify the radiator brace. It's is a big task to make it fit. The custom work will not be cheap. I do really like it though.

Yeah we had long discussion about it. Not worth the time and effort unless you’re trying to break in Justin’s power level.

AT 21psi of boost, I need one. LOL I need something and I don't like the GTR intake conversion or the AAM Intake. I have the same size turbo's as Justin they are just Zonarotor turbo's.

Have to see send your logs to Seb and see what he can improve on. Justin’s car was untouched besides the exhaust, manifolds and turbo kit. Soho has a manifold. Ported stock helps a lot.
