Don't rule out a leak though. You can do the leak check pretty easy if you have a compressor and a good regulator. That is how I found mine.

it looks like its the belt tensioner after all, we replaced it and managed to get 8-9 psi. at this point i am thinking of buying a one size smaller belt to better adjust this problem or go with the kit your talking about

can you share with me the link for that kit so i can review it and share it with my guy.

also, would someone please share a link for the air-to-air kit, i also would like to review the setup to better manage my car.
