I plan on bringing the downpipe to a shop to have the flange grinded down a bit so that it can fit into the compressor housing.

If any of y'all decide to upgrade your radiators or do a coolant change during your install... Don't forget to tighten all the fittings going to the turbo and heater core lines.... Or you'll have a nice mess to clean up

Finally got that b!tch in there. I ended up borrowing a buddy's angle grinder and just went at it. It took my a few times of going back and forth between the turbo and the grinder. In the end I didn't even get the down pipe to push into the turbo all the way. I used the v band clamp to pull the 2 together.

Glad to hear it, and gorgeous photo. Also helps me with my RHD ambitions.

Any chance you could take a few more shots of the Air Filter and where it sits in relation to the steering rack? Would be IMMENSELY helpful!

The knuckle in your pic would definitely obstruct the filter. The solution would be running intake tubing up into the fender or forward into the crowded Bay. I racked my brain after the second filter purchase due to melting. We'll all benefit if you figured that one out. Take pics when you do.

So the housing that was sent with that turbo did not have the 3.05" inside diameter outlet flange to allow for the the protruding piece to go in to.
Someone said you are stopping production and focusing on supercharger kits, is this true? I need a snail in my life.

Yes, someone said he was stopping production, but they did not say he was doing SC kits. He was referring to the RJM SC, and was now interested to see where it went.

Sasha never said he was stopping. Only that one user did, and Ive never seen anyone else say it. So, for now, I'd wait to hear from Sasha. As you know, last word form Sasha was about 6 kits by end of Sept, which has come and gone w/o taking any orders, so let's just wait to see what Sasha himself says.

Gentlemen....I AM NOT STOPPING THE PRODUCTION OF VHR KITS!

The DE and HR kits, yes, but NOT VHR (370z kits).

Come January I will have 30 kits ready to go...in the mean time i will be taking a few orders in the next couple of weeks. I have focused a bit more on getting the DE/HR inventory out the door...hence the delay on the VHR kits. I am not comfortable taking a deposit and then have you guys wait 4 months for product delivery.

I think I have replied to all the PM's as well. If not, please resend.

I have ordered a VHR passenger side manifold, and will be working on a heat shield.

Looking for someone to chime in on this potential issue. One of my IC pipes is contacting the steering knuckle. Is this something I definitely need to adjust?
