Topgunz - air to air upgrade

I am having a problem with the Tial bov staying open at idle and air is just blowing out, Is this normal? It doesn't seem normal to me, Is there

I am having a problem with the Tial bov staying open at idle and air is just blowing out, Is this normal?
It doesn't seem normal to me, Is there a fix for this? Different spring?

Sc is still spinning at idle. Air has to go somewhere.
