go to the vortech calculator and figure out the numbers, I think the 2.95 with all the others stock should be about the max.

Thanks! Will check it out.

I have seen several people not getting the boost they were expecting with the stock kit. Some are only getting just over 7 psi. I'm aiming for 9 psi.

Anyway, that is for the tuner to work out based on what we see at WOT. Having the extra pulleys on hand will allow us to experiment.

Do you have a part number? I'm at Napa right now and they are telling me they have nothing that small.

You know what guys, I just realized..

The stock idler pulley on the supercharger side, the one that tensions up your supercharger belt, this pulley would work perfect. I have one laying around because I changed mine to a 3"

Pauly Z 06-07-2016 01:30 PM

Never thought of that. Haha

Yes I believe so. This is the model that was recommended by Topgunz. The Tial QRJ with the 1.5 psi spring and 50mm flange.

My car has been nothing of a headache.

I was installing some stuff last night, I removed my intake..

There was a loose piece of aluminum in there, this piece came from the 90 degree stillen hose that was used to hook up the bypass on the stock kit. this piece allows the 90 degree bend to stay at a 90.

To say the least, this piece let go, hit my impeller, my impeller blades are f'd...

im hoping I can still get away with driving it that way.. il have some pics up tonight.

What?? That sucks. Are you talking about the 90 from the intake or the 1" bypass spot on the charge pipe?

The 1" rubber hose that goes into the blower coupler and hooks to your bypass.

theres a little metal piece in there to retain the 90 degree, it came loose, hit my impeller :(

im going to try to clean them up with a dremel tonight.

Pauly Z 06-08-2016 09:33 AM

Talk about bad luck with that one. Sorry to hear that. Just another reason to get rid of the recerc stuff and go air to air.
