Fuel system held up fine, no issues.

half way through the tune, my HALTECH sensor **** out :(

Ive ordered one, should be here today, finishing the tune on the 24th. soonest I could get in.

But we know the fuel will hold, I made 10.8 psi, put down 458 WHP and 366 WTQ.

Theres more power to be made, I was in the 10.2-10.8AFR.

We actually respond to many things in social media and forums. Good, bad, questions, etc. You can check post history to verify.

Our customer service for quite a while has needed improvement and revamping. It is something we have been working.

Ive found your company has really stepped it up, I get a weekly call from your rep, seeing if my company needs anything. I can tell you guys are turning it around, kudos!

So there you have it guys. Around 11psi you can reach 460whp/370wtq on 91 pump using stillens fuel delivery. Thanks Evo!

So if you went with an upgraded fuel system and ran E85 you can hit 500whp/400wtq on 11psi all day. SAFELY!

Question is...Who doesnt have access to E85 but wants to run a meth setup? This would give similar results to E85. Looking in the Fast Intentions thread they are doing this on the SOHO 370z and making awesome power off pump gas.

At least to me, you guys are doing a better job with customer service than with some other companies I've been dealing with.

Just a quick edit, I was running PetroCanada 94 octane, not 91.

Ill fill in the blank "too much air"

EVOHUNTER 05-25-2016 04:52 PM

Wait? are you on stock pulleys?

Hows it not getting enough fuel??

What am I missing here?

milkcow500 05-25-2016 06:45 PM

9psi pulley. Sebastian is telling me something is wrong with my fuel return and that my pump is fine.

I'm going to have to have my shop take a look at it next weekend or so. I'm probably just going to upgrade to the new CJM S1 kit with a Walbro 450 and call it a day.

What pump is in it now ? I have the S1 with the 255 and it doesn't do that.

Update: Seb said my fuel pressure regulator is set too high which would contribute to running so rich. He also said that my engine loads are too low which leads him to believe there is a boost leak and probably after the MAFs. My question is...If there was a leak in the manifold there would be a vacuum leak wouldn't there? I'm reading 7 psi on the 8 psi pulley.

Yes it would, I had a hose coming off the back of the manifold crack at the T and the car started acting strange. The rpm was all over the place at a stop light.

That's what I thought. So there is no way that I have a leak after the mafs cause the car idles fine.

I have the S1 with the 340 Aero. Runs perfectly fine until I hit 6500+ rpms.

I have the S1 and 340 Aeromotive. My problem is too much fuel right now. I think your problem is your regulator or pump assembly wasn't modified correctly.
