OK I finally had a chance to post a couple of pictures of my diffuser. Sorry the pictures were taken at a car show on Saturday that was indoors and my camera didn't like the lighting. As you can see I have some very small gaps on the edges where I couldn't pull it all the way out to the bumper with the method I used to mount it.

Tony (2theextreme) has the same issue with his CF diffuser, and I think his "gap" is a little bigger than yours. I am a perfectionist, this bothers me. It's as if the mold was a little too narrow or something. They need to fix this issue so the fit looks custom. Just my opinion, otherwise it looks great!

In my case it's not the mold. The diffuser appears to be the exact size it needs to be. The problem with mine was that the diffuser wasn't curved enough on both ends to fit without putting pressure on it to hold it in place. The mistake I made was not getting someone to hold the diffuser in place while I drilled the pilot holes. I was trying to hold it in place with one hand while I drilled with the other hand. Also the spring clamps I was using to hold the diffuser in place were not strong enough by themselves to hold the ends in place either.

I could have redrilled the pilot holes, but I didn't want to risk putting more holes in the bottom of the bumper. Plus the end gaps on mine are pretty small and near the bottom. I'm probably going to use a little clear silicone to fill them in later.
