im waiting for the cops... they said give them 5 working days... so i should know about everything this friday hopefully... ill take it to my insurance soon after the whole cop thing...

You need to get your claim's number from them!

If you go through insurance the accident will show on a Carfax check.

alright... UPDATE for this thread.....
i just wanna start off by saying the cops on this islands are sooooo freaking slow at doing there job.... its been like i think almost 2 weeks.... and they still didnt finish the police report and i cant claim it yet with insurance becuase i dont know the guys insurance.... eh....

not a happy camper about my rear end having a hole... all i can do is just wait it out... hopefully they finish the police report already..... ugh...

man i almost crashed again cuz im always looking for that stupid echo when im in my company truck so i can ram that lil fucker... its ok ill give it time...

his license plate number is burned into my head with so much hate.......

Sucks. Took me 4 months to finally get my car straightened out. I had to provide the police report, I had to provide the estimate. Stoopid Allstate did not have their act together here (until they found out that there was video of the accident..

) Waiting on my diminished value claim now....

While this doesn't look bad, it came to $3500 for just the back end..
