Nismo Body Kit Conversion w/ Nismo CF High Wing

So the OEM Base/Sport/Touring version of this part does not extend far enough for the Nismo Undershroud. Anyone know what the NISMO OEM P/N is for this?

This nice, good detail, just what i need to start my planing,
Just a thought, My plan is to do away with the front emblem and smooth out the nose.

Where did you order the bumper from?

Thanks buddy, this project was supposed to be a 2 yr long project considering so many things I need to save up for. I too thought I might smooth out the front emblem too but my car will be too blacked out. We'll see. Still have time to decide.

It started with me finding the front bumper for sale ~$400 and side skirts for $350 from a forum member. It lured me in, now I'm screwed collecting the rest of the parts which will cost me $2000+. But it's finally coming together. I'm getting the OEM Nismo under shroud Friday and Nismo Fender Liner Splash guard sometime this week as well.

I'm in the process of converting front to Nismo front.

Do you know how to use that weird looking rivet to install the bumper brackets? It looks like a folded umbrella with a long pin.

Also, are you planning to paint with your under facia installed? I'm debating whether to paint first and then fit other small pieces on or the other way around..

Gap:

I am actually thinking of fabricate my own out of flexible plastic sheet rather than pay $90/ea for those 4 pieces ($400+) but I will use a rivet gun to mount it on my bumper. I haven't gotten that part yet, but I assume it's like a Rivet gun. I will paint the rivets black if the OEM Rivets don't come colored black. I think I can get away with hiding it because I have a Magnetic Black 370z.

Let me know what you end up doing. Cheers!
Yeah that's the part.. I guess I may have to either 'purchase' rivet gun or have them done @ a shop..

Wow! That's a lot...I'll try to come up with a BOM when I'm done, I don't think I've spend even half of that. But you will get all OEM parts so that's always nice!

Great idea for a thread. I'll be doing the same thing as soon as I decide on what pieces I want for sure. Was going to do Nismo S-tune, but still might go stillin since I bought my car to race. Like you I wish I would have just popped for Nismo to begin with. Nice garage and bikes by the way...

Thanks man! Good luck with your body kit. If you go with Nismo S tune you shouldn't have to do much like the OEM Nismo front.

awesome thread! Nice to see how all those parts go together, ive had some damage in the front bumper area, and ive got some gap between the under diffuser and the bumper in the corners, i had to zip tie it. When i put on my intake, ill take it all apart and try to do something like you did with the metal clip, might make it more sturdy.

Are you going with NISMO wheels? I dont like the look of a nismo kit with sport wheels, just kills it IMO, one guy on the forum was selling a set for $1500 but one of the wheels needed re-finishing because he had sanded it and spray painted black.

I personally like the regular Sports wheel over the Nismo ones because the effort Randy Rodriguez put into them but I really wish I have the Nismo wheels' Width/offset. I wish I could own both honestly but I track my car so if I should spend $ it should be a set of lightweight 18"x10 and 18x10.5" aftermarket due to choice of tires. Plus, my fiancee got my Sports powdercoated my last birthday. She invested $600 on powdercoating them so it has sentimental value to me which prevents me in trading/upgrading my 19"s to Nismo.
