How much does the Stillen lower the front - if any? I assume it's not as low as the air dam (which I seem to scrape a lot). I've tried

How much does the Stillen lower the front - if any? I assume it's not as low as the air dam (which I seem to scrape a lot). I've tried to look at side by side photos, but just can't tell.
