it's the black cross beam. dont put your jack under your oil pan and lift. when you place your jackstands on the side rails make sure you have an adapter

it's the black cross beam.
dont put your jack under your oil pan and lift.  when you place your jackstands on the side rails make sure you have an adapter like a hocky puck with slit or piece of wood with a slit so that you dont put the weight of the car on the rail itself. there's a little hump behind there where the weight goes onto.
