Also, just incase you missed it, the temp is -1C is about 30F, so not far off your 40F
Yep, I missed the Celsius part

But Canada does have some COLD@$$ weather.

Very cool! Hopefully still can do color changes. Would definitely rather have a 370z and/or Nismo logo on my Z than a GTR. Nissan should have did this stock with the 2015 Nismo facelift.

I don't know enough about the navigation unit to be able to create/add a new start up logo.

Sept Update:
There has been a fair amount of progress on the GTR gauges.

The hardware has been finalized and I now have 20 circuit boards back from manufacturing. Over the next week I'll be building a few kits and start to test locally. (Toronto)
The hand wired prototype has worked perfectly in testing on my G37 and good progress has been made in getting kits made

Want Live Tire Pressures on the Nav screen?
If your 2010+ 370 has navigation and a USB port, this video will show you how to enable the "Tire Pressure" menu, using any USB A to A cable. (about $8 from Amazon)
As far as I know, there isn't any way to get this to work on 2009 and older navigation units, or any 370z without navigation.

The 370, G37, GTR and about 8 other models all use the same navigation system, known as the "08IT". To get different functionality from the same nav unit, the configuration is changed.

This configuration controls if you have AUX IN, Tire Pressure menu, type of amp, and a bunch of other stuff.

By modifying this configuration, I have enabled the Tire Pressure menu on my G37!
I did this about 3 months ago to test it and see if any thing weird acts up. There hasn't been any problems and everything continues to work just like it did before.

I suppose you are wondering if anyone has tried this on a 370?
Well, MikeUCFL did yesterday, and it worked without any issues:

I've wanted that tire pressure since I bought the car. Should be in the little gauge on the left, too but I'll take it on the Nav! Thanks!

Curious what's in "Maintenance Information" as well as "Off road information." Opening animation sounds like some possibilities, too!

The "Maintenance Information" simply enables the maintenance menu, which I believe is on by default.
As for the "Off road information" I have enabled it, but nothing additional was displayed. Some features need to see specific hardware on the car's network.

There are 3:
• Nissan (like you have now)
• Infiniti
• GT-R

There is a person who is (was?) working on a custom opening animation, but I don't know if he cracked the code. Between checksums, fixed memory locations, and an unusual image format, it would be very tricky to get it to work.

FYI:
It looks like this also works on the 370 with the Europe version navigation software:

GTR Gauges Fall 2024 Update:
The (world's!) first local beta test of the GTR gauges has started.

This is in a 2011 G37X with Tech package (sonar based cruise control and other options). The reason I mentioned the Tech package, is that the CAN bus is much, much busier/active with the additional modules. This makes it a better/more difficult test to pass.

I've been running/testing the GTR gauges in my G37 for just over 2 years and all has been good. No weird issues or dash lights.

Below is a pic of the test bench. This is used to verify bug fixes or to validate any new features that are added.
The 370 gauge cluster CAN bus messages are the same as the G37. On the test bench, I played back multiple 370 CAN logs and the gauges worked as expected. Nice!

Test Bench:

Interior pic of the GTR gauges on the first beta tester:

NOTE:
Changing units is a easy as pressing the settings button, and select US or metric.

Once the GTR gauges have proven to work well on the G37, I'd like to start testing on the 370.

One of the best features of the "GTR MFD Converter" module is the optional Bluetooth engine oil pressure! It connects to any aftermarket 150 PSI sensor that uses the standard 3 pin "Packard" connector. (I think that's all of them!)

It provides +5v, ground and reads the sensor about 100 times per second. Then it sends the data to the "GTR MFD Converter" module using Bluetooth and displays it in the GTR gauges. The Bluetooth connection is automatic and faster then the time it takes for the nav unit to start up.

It is so nice to have engine coolant temp, engine oil temp and engine oil pressure on the same screen. It give great peace of mind about those oil gallery gaskets.

Note:
The bottom right gauge that says "Trans Oil Pressure" has been repurposed to display diff oil temp.
The hottest I've seen the diff oil is around 100C/212F during a long highway drive in the hot summer. I'm sure it gets much hotter on a road coarse.

I'm starting to look for 370 beta testers for early next year.
If you are located in the Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Milton area and have a 2010 - 2017 370 with navigation, please PM me. Thanks!

Funny that you mentioned this... I've just spent 2 hours going over the DeltaABS, documentation, CAN bus definition files and installed/checked out their ABS configuration program.

From what I saw, I should be able to get the speedometer and warning lights to work on a 370 with their ABS module.

I've sent them an email and asking for a CAN log file from the ABS module.
From that, I can develop and test a small CAN Gateway that does the translation, then test at the track!
