whoo hoo, got a call from Nissan consumers affairs and they told me they can't do anything about this and that i would have to deal with the dealership myself!

whoo hoo, got a call from Nissan consumers affairs and they told me they can't do anything about this and that i would have to deal with the dealership myself! they are SO much help ::sarcasm:: the reason they give is that window tint is aftermarket that the dealership does, so its out of nissan's hands.
The dealership told consumer affairs that they won't do any additional repairs (even though they failed to properly fix it the first 3 times....), so I don't even know what's the point in me trying to persue this... note to self: never getting any service or future vehicles from Courtesy Nissan of Richardson again. |
