try hitting up coolerworx canada on fb, theyre really helpful. also mine rattles like crazy in 3rd and 4th

I sent Coolerworx a PM on Facebook today and let them know that a bunch of us are having rattling issues and that I understand that the issue has been remedied and I would like to know what the fix is. They replied and said they would get back to me on Monday. Let's see if they follow up with a reply.
