I myself have seen little sun with the Z these days, so no update on my side. However, later this month we're going on a 2 week roadtrip with the Z, including much of the sun, so I'll post updates in June.

My dash still looks the same: The treated area looks restored. The product makes it look better in all conditions, but it still gets sticky in the sun. So I guess you could say the Optimum solved 50% of the issue. I'm going to hold off on treating the rest of the dash with it for now. I'd like to see how Filip00's product does in the hot sun for a few days or even weeks. If it solves the issue totally, then I'm going to give it a shot as well. Assuming I can find a way to get a can or two here in the States.

I finally got around to treating the entire dash with the Optimum Leather Protectant.

The driver's side was so dry and almost completely white, especially the section by the VDV control button. After several coats of the Optimum, everything looks great. I soaked a microfiber towel and wiped everything down at least 3 times. The ends of the dash that can only be seen when the doors are opened (by the venting between the dash and door) were also really bad. In those areas, I sprayed it on two of my finders and lightly rubbed it onto those surfaces. All of it dried nicely and doesn't feel sticky or wet at all. Of course I did all of this in my garage out of direct sunlight. I'm going to let the car sit in the garage for a few days and then I'll take it out for a drive in the hot sun. I let everyone how it performs after that drive.

These aren't the greatest pics, but they're the best ones I could get given the lighting. The areas that look white is just glair.

Nice I forgot what an uncracked dash looks like. Had to put a throw rug on mine.

Hey FilipOO, ... your dash looks great. Since the product is not available in North America, would you be willing to help out with a "group buy" if there is enough interest in members from the U.S.A and Canada? It would mean sourcing the product at your end and sending a bulk shipment to a member over here ... who could then arrange for distribution to the other members. Payment arrangements could be made in advance. I'm sure the members would be willing to pay you a small commission for your trouble. Anyway, let me know what you think.

Gotta say I'm not too crazy about the idea, but at the same time, I wanna help forum members out, since this forum has helped me tremendously so far.

I'd be happiest if someone else would test the product and confirm the functionality of the product, just to make sure we're all at the same page, and it's not just me who's happy with the product. After that I'd be happy to help out with a group buy and sending to one location overseas, where you guys can help distribute it to whomever is interested.
One other note - this product comes in an overkill packaging of 1 liter, whereas you need so little of it, it makes little sense to buy so many large packagings. I would instead suggest buying a few and dividing them in half or something, since there's a LOT of it for one person/one car.

I agree that a second beta test to confirm the product's functionality would be nice, but I suspect some members over here would be willing to "throw the dice" at this point and take a chance on the product. Nobody seems to have had much success with other products, and the alternatives are not pretty (i.e., live with the sticky mess, use some type of dash cover or replace the entire dash). Perhaps we could limit the group buy to 6 members and you could ship six of the 1L bottles to one of those members, and we can then figure out over here how to distribute the product. Let's see if other members are interested and then decide how best to proceed. Whatever the outcome, thanks for your willingness to help out!

This sounds like any run of the mill plastic protectant will do the job?
Carpro perl. Koch chemie top star. 303. VRP etc?

I would be surprised to find anything truly revolutionary in that product.

Nope. Wouldn’t be such a pain if that’s true.
