If you want power and keep it streetable, go TT - there is a shop in Melbourne that have done 12-15 kits.

I can tell you exactly how much it costs to get 500hp at the crank with a VQ as I am 70% the way into such a build. Assembly will start as soon as we take delivery of the ITB kit and re-check flow-bench numbers with the induction system in place.

I'm happy to share info if you want to PM me, but A$25K won't be enough.
