Will it fit with Stillen Gen3 intakes? Also at what point do you recommend the thermostatic plate? How cold does it need to get to require one?

Will it fit with Stillen Gen3 intakes?
Also at what point do you recommend the thermostatic plate? How cold does it need to get to require one?
