LOL, this is the reason when my input shaft breaks I will just march on down to the Nissan dealer I worked at and order a new trans. You never know, I may get one just to have it when the time comes.

So....... in other words. Nissan engineers worked their magic on screwing a manual tranny.

That is probably what makes it as tough as it is. If it were not for the input shaft issue I would not be too worried about it.
