I don't think this would make it on the epic "Cheapest Mods Thread".

I'd rather buy an ls7 crate engine and have a ton of room for more power. There has to be a way to fit a 427 ci engine in there

It probably would. Those LS series engines are fairly compact thanks to the pushrod design. No huge heads to make it a PITA to fit in anything.

I received my custom built engine for my Cobra project the other day. Don't think it would fit in my Nismo.

This is a 427w (351w with 4.125 bore X 4.00 stroke) in a Dart aluminum block with Brodix CNC'd aluminum heads with big custom solid lifter cam and 850cfm Holley carb. Will be running tuned equal length headers and custom sidepipes. All forged internals that will safely take a 300 shot of giggle juice (for those pesky GTRs:-)

As in kit Cobra or Mustang Cobra? I think a kit Cobra will be my next ride. Need something topless for SoCal.

Really awesome for N/A, but over $23,969.78 Yikes! Maybe if money was seriously no object. That's very close to a GT-R prices tag once all is said and done.

Sweet! That's the company I was looking at too. Would love to know what you think the car will be all-in at.
