Oil pressure

You are fine. The factory spec is more than 14 psi at 80C/176F with an idle of 600-700 RPM.

Also keep in mind most gauges have a typical accuracy of +/- 1-3% of full scale. For a 100 PSI gauge with 1% accuracy it can be off 2 psi (+1 or -1)

Now, if it is consistently around 10 psi at idle, then it may be time to look into gaskets.
