How are your stack springs, plates active, etc setup? Regardless there's no way you should be melting anything with a diff somethings defiantly wrong. ( Click to show/hide ) As for being fed up with the Z, there are very few cars that you can go from the dealer to the track with no more then a fluid change and be a great track car and non of them start at 30k. Suspension mods are one of the easiest mods to make your car worse, which is why I left mine for last. IMO this car only needs cooling, brakes, sticky tires, and a stiff front sway bar to make it a great starting track car.
