My guess is that the guys suggesting tire size difference is the cause are on the right track.
Second guess is a wheel speed sensor that is slightly out of spec and/or alignment. Monitoring/logging the wheel speed inputs might give you some clues. First thing I'd do is check out the traction control and related sections of the FSM to see what conditions will turn on the dash light.
