When ordering, do I really need to add 10AN return adapters option? Or without this it will work fine?

Nope you would not need those. And if the day ever came that you did, you can just add them when needed.

They are only produced once a year. Next batch will begin machining soon. Depending on a couple factors, they will probably be available early March, possibly end of Feb but more likely March.
