sorry bring the post back up, but i just did this install and the only thing i am concerned with is the hot glue on the mother board. will it

sorry bring the post back up, but i just did this install and the only thing i am concerned with is the hot glue on the mother board. will it ruin it in anyway, is their a certain place i just place the glue then others?

Started this mod tonight!
I added a connector so that I could unplug when pulling the console out. I'll crimp an RJ45 on the wiring and connect them with a coupler.

Hello gents, I realize how old this thread is but it helped me immensely. The only thing I had trouble with was running the signal wire from the mute button up the A-pillar to the radar detector.
It took me way too long to figure out that you can remove the door seal/weather strip.
