My car came with the stock wiring harness for the foglight. I have a sports touring model in case it matters.
However, the other end of the wires from the plug I found, is connected to nothing since My car didnt come with the "Fog light switch". What I did was: plugged in the harness into the fog light. Then took the trunk panels (inside) off so that I could see the frame, which exposed a couple wiring harnesses. The light orange wire is the one that went to the fog light plug, and the green wire (i think, im not remembering very well) went to turn on the taillights when the brake is presssed. So I spliced those wires together, and that was it. Now my fog light turns on everytime i hit the brakes. |
