Hello. I just wanna say thanks to simota1 and mr.z as I used a lot of their info to wire in my Jdm fog . I went with a led bulb with a flasher module(makes no noise) set it up as a third tail light flashes for2 seconds when I press the brake then stays on. Looks cool and is maintainable unlike the evor light.

I swapped my cheap flasher for one of these. Blinking Smart Stop - Flashing Brake Light

It works great. Six quick flashes then on solid. If you release the brake and step bac on within eight seconds it doesn't flash again.

So what options are there for when the fog light goes on? Does it go on with the brake lights, when you reverse, or both? I would like to have it come on for braking and reverse.

Sorry if this was covered, but that's a long thread to go through.

Thanks!

I also noticed int he last pic of the write up where the fog light is on, that the light under the spoiler is not on. Is that a result of the fog light?

You can install it both ways by tapping into the harness in the trunk for 1) braking, and 2) reverse

I got my flasher module and led from autolumination . As for the harness I bought one but it was defective. Luckily I found one at work that fit perfectly.

How did you just get your 370 recently when in this post you said you got it 2 years ago (when you were 16). It honestly doesn't matter but it is just a bit odd.

How old were you when you bought your z

Default An incredible amount of info, but??

Okay, loving the idea of having one of these lights on my 10'. Just need to see if anyone is using the LED variant the Z-Store now has available. Almost like this idea more thinking that I won't have to worry about replacing bulbs along with a better match to the LED running lights. Also, after reading about all of the variations of install, would like to have the option of turning it off or on, but most importantly, to have it as an additional brake light. People always on my a%#. Feedback and comments dearly appreciated.
PS, getting ready to install new tuner, so thinking I can do all of the wiring at one time.
Pat.

I've got the Z-Store LED variant and it works great. It's wired to flash in reverse, and come on solid with my brake lights.
