Pics of my hood strut mod

Nice job! looks pretty clean. I don't know why our Z's didn't come with these from the factory. Did you delete the prop bar or is it there as a

No not at all. That was one of the main reasons why Imade this mod because of that cheap $2 single prop that Nissan has placed on these cars that cuases the hoods to be mis-aligned. All of the weight of the hood sags to the passenger side of the car. Have you ever measured the gap between the hood and the bumper on the driver side and the passenger side of the car.

Thanks, I left the prop in but I have it tied down so it is inoperable and it will never be a back up.
