Mine is mounted in the center console where the dummy switches are. I got the switch I needed from a source that M.J. found. Here's his DIY post that shows the switches and mounting.
Switch Panel on console The website he lists has the switches in a lot of different forms. Two way on/off. Two way momentary. Three way on/off, etc. Just pick the one you need.
