It is always a possibility that a stone could get in but not a huge risk. If you were concerned you could run mesh in the hose as a safety measure.

Installed my Nismo RC ducts last Friday and will be running the hoses from the ducts to the brakes this weekend. I'm inserting a piece of screen (Lowes hardware dept) between the duct outlet and the 4" to 2" reducer to keep debris away from the rotor.

what do you have the hose attached to at the brake? Is there a bracket you installed? Do you have any pics of that?
