Try it without, it's not the end of the world and if you don't like the camber or tire wear, buy a camber kit....

Last weekend I got Swift Springs, 20/25mm spacers and front and rear camber kits installed. I'm already done with the custom audio install too so I'll be looking to get Nismo wheels next.

Thanks! Zero rubbing and a much better ride than the stock springs. These springs are a great upgrade for the 370z.

I think the ride quality is better after I got the Swifts installed, however, I would like it to be a bit stiffer, will Koni Yellow shocks be able to provide that?

Most definitely. The Koni's on the lightest setting are still much more stiff than stock. On the hardest setting, you will be having your kidneys beaten to death and your fillings rattled out of your molars.
