Horrible ride quality and can't figure out why

SPL only makes one version that I know of. It's $999.00 on their site.

The SPL's and the VooDoo's are the only ones the you can adjust without taking them off. They hold their adjustment and don't break.

yeah that's the front control arm, I was talking about the rear camber and toe arms. I'm going to hold off on the fronts and just get the rear in spec for now.

but speaking of the fronts... do typical alignment techs even know how to adjust those? can each side of the arm be reached from underneath the car without removing the wheel?

I really hate the idiots that work in the shops around here. ******* florida.

No problem making adjustment without removing the tires. To loosen the pinch bolts. Go behind the tire with a long extension with an allen bit. The camber/caster is over the top of the tire with a long extension and socket.

Definitely ask the shops in advance if they have knowledge of adjusting anything SPL; as it’s easy....but you definitely don’t want a beginner to be dinking/scratching up your beautiful parts (that are mostly hidden).
Especially the set screws

Don’t go to these franchise alignment shops that only work on minivans and ****

Contact your local track groups via Facebook, local track day organizers, or auto X groups and ask where they go. Use a shop that does a lot of custom performance work

I know its a super debatable topic, but are my upper strut mount studs really at risk with true rear setup? They're welded to the chassis and if they ever snapped or stripped, I feel like I'd be ******. I also can't imagine theres a noticeable difference in handling even though that's the common rumor but still curious what you guys have to say about it.

There’s no performance difference
If none of the people that beat their true types at the track have ever experienced damage, then I doubt anything you’re doing will

Yup, already planned to get the lockout kit

And that's a good idea I hadn't thought of. Definitely going to ask around this time.
