I need to do this. Got an iPad mini as a gift and we just did this for my buddys 2011 wrx. So bump! I wanna find a cheap mount kit(or other creative cheaper ideas)

What's the best RPM range to measure HP rating on Dashcommand? I would assume as same as a dyno in 4th @ around 4k-Redline I tried this with my Z today and I'm at 330hp with Test Pipes and K&N Filters. I know it's not accurate, but who cares, beats paying for it at a performance shop

Nice to see all the ipad installs! Now the ? I am getting a lot of.
1. Are the installs integrated and fully functional to the stock Nissan Bose premium radio without Navi? 2. Will the ipad charge while in the mount? 3. Can the ipad be removed and be put back in to prevent theft ? 4. Can this be done with the ipad mini 4. 5. Can I download videos/music from YouTube a play them back at a later time without having a wifi connection through the speakers. 6. Can I watch live TV. Yes, I have every cable channel/sports/PPV no monthly fee. The answer is yes to all. I am the only one who has the YouTube download option. I wrote the program/code. Does anyone know if there is apple software (like there is for android) to preset functions?
Ex- iPad senses power from head unit into usb, turns on, starts music, opens dash command. I'm plannin on going to the Apple Store within a few weeks to check. Really the only thing holding me back. I don't want to have to set up my music then dash command every time I get in and out. But I want to use an ipad |
