FYI to those who never installed 6.5" door speakers for the BASE 370Z.
When you pull the door panel off, you'll see an oval base with a 6.5" speaker attached to it. You may find yourself scratching you head when the magnet hits the metal beam inside the door when attaching the new speaker to the oval base. I wasn't clear about other DIYs in regards to spacers and faintly read somewhere this suggestion: Cut out the OEM speaker and use the frame as a spacer for the 6.5" speaker before attaching it to the oval base.
