Which Infinity 3.5s did you buy that didn't fit? I was just looking at their KAPPA 32.9's for my build. Returning things from Hawaii is a pain!

These reference series ones

Infinity - Car Audio

The speaker itself was 3.5" but needed like 5-5.5" for the mount

Get a nice compenent set like some focal's. they are super efficient and will run off of deck power and will destroy the stock bose speakers in comparison.
