I was drving fast(150-155) and I hear *Pa！*, After I slow down and stoped my wing is gone. what should I do? do they have warranty? is that quality problem

My Evo r GT wing crash by its downforce during high speed
I was drving fast(150-155) and I hear *Pa！*, After I slow down and stoped my wing is gone. what should I do? do they have warranty? is that quality problem or set up problem?
