Man i dont even know what to say other than this really sucks i dont understand how in this day an age a new company can have such horrible customer service and just be down right rude trying to blame the customer for them sending out an iferior product is just plain wrong i hope that no one on this forum has to deal with this and im glad i read your origonal thread cause i had really considered buying a set of F14 as well sorry your in this situation and i hope Forgestar steps up and remedies what they obviously screwed up
