I read around and it seems this won't rub. (20x10.5 +30) How is handling affected by a non staggered setup? Is it a serious concern or simply a mild difference?

Running a square 10.5 +30 setup?
I read around and it seems this won't rub. (20x10.5 +30)
How is handling affected by a non staggered setup? Is it a serious concern or simply a mild difference? The stagger option is 8.5 & 10.5 but 8.5 just seems terrible in both looks and performance width. Also, what size spacer would i be looking at for the rear to make it flush? what tires (i prefer a mild stretch) would i look for? I'm lowered on swifts. Thanks for the input guys
