Okay I found a different wheel that i like, stepped it up to $1.5k

I am lowered on swifts.
a) Does this clear the sport brakes?
b) If no, what size spacer do I need to use to make it clear?
c) would this rub in the wheel well?
c) what size spacer would i need to make it flush? For both rear and front.
d) what size tire would work well? I hate the beefy look and prefer a low profile... So a little bit of stretch.
