Default Wheel Grinding Feeling when making sharp turns

As i was pulling out of my driveway today i turned the wheel as far to the left as I could to get out of my driveway and on to the road, I noticed a feeling as if my front tires was driving on rocks and my front end moved as so.I felt the movement on the steering wheel as well. Imagine driving a truck on some river rocks and turning the wheel from a dead stop then pulling forward, it is not smooth at all and you feel the tires and the vehicles kind of doing what they want. My first thought was that my wheels were about to fall of but the lug nuts are correctly tightened. I went ahead and finished pulling out of the driveway and decided to try it while going forward and the same thing happens. This all happens on flat pavement that is smooth. Is there something wrong or is it just the clearance of the wheels. It is a stock 2010 Z with stock wheels and tires. Thanks.
