I have been waiting since Nov 14 2010 for wheels and the deadline was suppose to be 2 months,well 3 promised dates pasted,now he says he has my wheels BUT

I have been waiting since Nov 14 2010 for wheels and the deadline was suppose to be 2 months,well 3 promised dates pasted,now he says he has my wheels BUT they are at the machine shop getting the TPMS hole drilled in the wheel(I thought they came drilled from Venaci)that was on Thursday last week and I haven't been able to get in touch with him since to nail down a date when they will be shipped.
He told me he would give me a refund but I want to see what date he nails down for me to get them,then I will make my decision.
