I know it's tough to get a hold of him at times - but he will ALWAYS come through. I've been at the frustrated end as well...but he's always taken good care of me (ask other Status customers too). FYI - he has two other businesses besides Status - and just had a baby - so that definitely makes it hard to reach him at times...just hang in there. It's worth it... -Lohit
