The nismo runs 19x10.5 +23 with a 285/35/19. Your rears are essentially the same damn thing. Should be fine. Hell, people use the 19x10.5 +12 fitment with 305 in the back without problems Fronts will stick out about 14mm further than stock nismo (19x9.5 +40 with 245/40/19) This MIGHT pose an issue.
