Just don't know what I want to do yet for suspension, but I need tires now.
Thanks why I thought I would ask here.

Grab some cheap nismo wheels and 265/305 like everyone does

As for what you should do, thats easy

Call spl. Get everything
Coilovers: aragosta, ast, or cheaper option, powertrix

Thanks! Already looking at SPL when I finally decide on suspension. Need to recover a bit from the TT install and wanted to get a set of tires to tide me over until I do it all.
Still wondering about my original questions though with my stock rims.
1) What is the widest tire that I can install on the front and rear without rubbing and ballooning?
2) I thought that I read that there is a rule of thumb on width differential from front to rear. What are the pros/cons for not following this rule of thumb?
3) Looking at the Michelin Pilot Super Sports at the moment from reviews and a little bit on the tread life. Are there better options of tires that last roughly 15K miles (for spirited driving, not tracking the car)?
Thanks again!

265/305 will fit on sport rims...you will need spacers, rear camber arms, toe bolts and front A arms.

I am looking to get new tires for my 2011 Sport Touring with the stock wheels.
Stock ride height currently but would like to install Swift springs (at some point). And I currently have no spacers.
I do have the FI TT kit on the car and was hoping to go wider in the back for more contact area.
Couple questions.
1) What is the widest tire that I can install on the front and rear without rubbing and ballooning?
2) I thought that I read that there is a rule of thumb on width differential from front to rear. What are the pros/cons for not following this rule of thumb?

I'm currently thinking these in the PSS. Front 255/40R19 Rear 295/35R19.?

Thanks for any assistance!
We've done many Z fitments! I'll send you over a PM!

Hey guys. Would 10mm extended studs from Z1 fit OEM 18 wheels with OEM nuts? I have some TE37SL with Formula nuts coming next month, so would be using these studs with those wheels, but in the meanwhile I am wondering if it would be safe to install 10mm extended studs right away without spacers. Thanks

as long as it doesn't bottom out in head of nut...remove one & test fit.

I am looking for a nice rim in 19x10 for the front and 19x12 for the rear. What offsets do I need. Tires will be RE11 285/35/19 for the front and 325/30/19 for the rear. I have been looking for data on this site for a while. There is just so much, it's crazy.

19x10.0 +22 ~ +30ish
19x12.0 +20 ~ +30ish

Depending on the type of fitment you are going it will depend. But those should be a pretty good start. What kind of wheel were you looking at getting?

Just picked up a set of Works 19x10 +10 and 19x11 +10 for my 16 Nismo. Thinking about running the stock size Nismo tires 245/40/19 285/35/19 or should I move up to a 255 in the front. I'm looking for a low but functional look...

What do you call functional? I would go nothing less than 265 f and 305 rear. With the setup you got you can run as wide as spooler is doing above...it's functional and looks bad a$$! No reason not to go with a wide tire given the size of your wheels unless you like that stretched look!
