TireRack perform's a measurement on a suggested wheel width size & then gives you a range...The 265/305 in 35/30's are 27.3"/27.2" tall in a Michelin & the same 265/305 in 30/25's are 26.3"/26.0" tall (slightly more negative rake)...both of these tires were measured on a 9.5/11.0" wheel.
In Michelin; A 255/35,295/30 are both 27.0" tall & measured on a 9/10.5" wheel.
So you get to choose on what you like.....w/4.08 gearing out back;i'd personally stay with the taller-closer to oem diameter rubber.
Hope this help's,as i run 26.8"F/27.2"R on mine w/19" wheels.......it's all in what you like/as with oem camber & your wheel spec's-you should not poke.
Awesome info! Thank you so much! Yeah, I would like to stay close to oem if possible.

I wasn't sure of which tire brand to get but I want something decently sticky from a stop. I was thinking Nitto nt555 gen 2s... I like the invo's but I heard they have the same amount of grip as the toto T1 sports, I had those and I'm looking for more grip... but it is a daily so I'd like decent tread life and not loud af too lol

Stick tires/Quiet/Long tread life....sounds like an expensive tire.
The 20's are getting more sizes available in the 26.7-27.2 range...but not as plentiful as the 19's.
Unsure your price range, but Michelin seems to sound like what you're looking for in s tire.
These new Continental tires actually look like a Michelin & cost just as much...My Invo tires are actually quiet & are very smooth riding.
Z will still light up those 345's-even with the 3.357 gearing.
I usually go through 2+ sets of rear tires to 1 front; but have been easier on the pedal with this last set.

So much great info! Thanks everyone!! Treadlife is my least worry I guess, as long as I'm not changing my tires 2-3 times a year I'll be alright. I'd like to stay at or close to a grand for the set if I can give or take s couple hundred.

Hey guys I was wondering if yall could help me out with wheel setup. I have a chance to getting CE28n rims and was wondering if my current tires would work out. I ask because I just bought Michelin PSS like 5 months ago and would not like to spend more on tires. I am also on KW V3's so I can adjust height of car up/down if needed. I would not like to have excess camber as this is my daily driver. Thanks for the help!

Brakes:
Sport Package Brakes

Suspension Setup:
KW V3's
SPL camber
SPL front upper camber arms

current setup: Nismo Wheels
Front Rims: 19X9.5
Front Tires: 275/35/19
Rear Rims: 19X10.5
Rear Tires: 325/30/19

Possible Setup if Yall say it will work out fine: CE28n 19'
Front Rims: 19X9.5 +22
Front Tires: 275/35/19
Rear Rims: 19X10.5 +22
Rear Tires: 325/30/19

Get wider rear wheels with lower offsets. 19x11 at least with +10 or less offset, depending on how aggressive you want to be. My 19x11 +15 rear wheels setup with 305/30 tires, for example, was too conservative for my taste so I installed 5mm spacers. Even without a camber adjustment, I could've gone a few mm more. Even if you get a bit of negative camber, you should be ok.

Factory Nismo wheel's are:
19x9.5+40F
19x10.5+23R
if you can run a 20mm spacer up front, on your current set-up(without any turning issues)that would be equivalent to a 19x9.5+20....then the +22's will be fine.

As /Angelo350Z/ mentioned,,,your rear wheel's will be sunk in compared to the front/a 10-15mm spacer may be required on rear's to pull even w/front's on new wheel's.

Hey folks, just wondering if I should have any issues with fitment on a 2016 Nismo Z. I've already purchased a set of Weds Maverick 709 rims with the following measurements :
Rear 20 10.5 +15
Front 20 9.5 + 20

I'm going with Swift springs but wanted to get a decent size set of tires for looks, ride and contact patch. Would the following tire sizes work?

305 30 20 rear
275 35 20 front

Worried more if the fronts would rub....

U want 275/30 or 255/35

Wheels will fit. Pretty conservative

You should be good other than your front tire height! Just get your alignment dialed in after your springs settle with the new wheel and tires!

If you don't mind the negative rake & possibly more than -2.0* camber up front.
You may have a better chance with 285,305/30's (26.8/27.2) slight rake & full fitment on wheels.
But I know Jason is the man & he's seen more wheel/tire combos than me!

Here's one to chime in on:

Wheel specs:
19/9.5 Et +23
19/11 Et +13

Thinking these tire sizes:
245/40 R19
295/35 R19

What do you guys think?

Specs are fairly usual for a 370z. Would go 305 rear and 255 fronts. to avoid any stretch but that's me. Should fit no problems
