Need help. What tires should I run on 19x10 +0 up front to avoid rubbing? Lowered on springs at somewhere between -1.8 and -2 naturãl camber.

I'm guessing this is no trick question?
that's a lot of poke; 1.8" further out than factory Nismo 9.5"+40 & 1.25" further out than a common 9.5"+25......so i'd guess about a 235/35/19 for starters @ 25.5"tall.
definitely shorter & you gonna have to stretch the tire.
Not sure if you plan to Roll the front fenders/but i'll look over my notes & pics & see if i can spot more imfo.
