9.5 +12 is moderately aggressive in front as most people run +22

The common combo is 265/35 and 305/30 for 9.5/10.5 wheels

More to the point . . . if your suspension is stock, you are not flush. Sorta defeats the whole point of "flush"
The stock nismo is 245/40 and 285/35 and it is a little bit stretched (and thats a factory setup)
Thanks for the advice, I just want the Z to look similar when it had the 18x8.5 Super Advan SAR3 wheels with spacers. I sold those wheels and now I regret it.

I have;
FR 19x9.5 +25 (Work M8R) on 265/40 (Goodyear Eagle F1)

RR 19x10.5 +12 (Work M8R) on 295/35 (Goodyear Eagle F1, 12 inch tread width)

The front tyres rub when I hit bumps or pot holes or even wavy roads.... my car is the Nismo 370Z MY17 so the front fender wheel well trim has an attachment point for the wheel arc garnish that bulges out... this bulge rubs my tyres.

I confirmed it by seeing the "hole" on the bulge's edge created by the tyre rub...

I got the same rim specs as you in the front. I have 285/30-19 with no rubbing.

that Advan set up is garbage. There's like three feet of wheel gap. You can stick your head in that gap. There's a reason why nobody should run 18's on a Z except for track - it looks like poop

buy real wheels in 19/20
buy coilovers and the SPL setup
take your car to a good alignment shop
enjoy your awesome looking car

Your tire sizes are off. They are taller than stock. You should have gone 265/35 front and 305/30.

Also, I assume you did not get front camber arms

Lastly, take those ******* nismo fender flares off, they hurt clearance

FWIW, I am also running 265/35 fronts on the factory Nismo wheels, no rubbing at all. I did notice a big improvement in turn-in and front end responsiveness over the stock 245/40's. Only drawback that I can see is that the car "tracks/tramlines" more when driving on roads with tire grooves from heavy trucks. (2010 Nismo, no suspension mods)

That is within the acceptable range (26.7 vs 26.4 inches)

I read so many threads and keep seeing some conflicting info.

Will I rub?

F 9.5 +15 stock size MPSS
R 10 -5 stock size MPSS

I just bought some SWIFTs on Black Friday and want to make sure I won’t rub since the wheels are fairly aggressive.

guessing you're gonna rub. probably in front, possibly in rear.

Did you get that rear size right? You found a 19x10, -5 sized wheel?

The standard fitment off shelf, if you read my WHEEL FITMENT 101 thread, is 19x9.5 +22, 19x10.5 +12. You're going past that, and on swifts which are aggressive lowering springs

really, what you need to do is:
read my thread
return the springs
buy coilovers and the SPL ****
thrive

Rears are 10 +15 on a 20mm spacer to match the stance of the more aggressive fronts (9.5+15). I wanted to keep the original width ratio close from the stock wheels (added -25mm offset to the front and -22mm offset in the rear compared to NISMO wheels). I got these wheels off a 350z. They look great with stock suspension with a very slight poke. I like stock suspension for what I need. Lowering just for looks.

So does it sound like I should just keep stock suspension until I get slightly less aggressive wheels?

So.. it looks like I am about to pick up a matching front pair in 19x9.5 +22 to match my rears 19x10 +15. I will swap the current 20mm spacer in the back for a 10mm one effectively making it 19x10 +5 (equivalent to 10.5 +11). I believe this is right in line with what you said.

I also managed to pick up some lightly used Tein coilovers. I am not into slammed stance, I like to drive the car. How much would you recommend I make the drop - 1in all around? A little more? Which SPL part did you mention as a must?
