And really, I posted the link only because I was trying to help point others in the right direction. I'm personally inclined to just leave well enough alone for the time being. Again, thanks for the warning. I wonder what on earth they're thinking. Hmm...looking at the design, could it be that having short studs connecting the spacer to the hub is the only way to make the nuts fit in flush with the spacer?
