anyone know of a way to diagnose which specific sensor it is? I don't wanna have to pull the wheels one by one or pay to have it done....

Most tire shops have tools to scan the TMPS sensor and they would probably do it for free if you end up replacing it there.
BTW: TPMS sensor has internal battery and would eventually run out. Quote:
