I'd run at least 275 up front, no need to stagger much, we don't make enough torque to notice it. My next will be the largest re-71r they make, I think 285 now
I believe he was speaking to 285's being too wide for stock sport rays wheels not for the car itself.

I know people who have thrown a 305 up front without issue.

OP I'm on my second set of 265/305 RE11 setup on stock sport rays and love it. third set will be purchased soon as well.
