Depending where you placed the oil cooler the fan being on will have a good and constant draw of air across the cooler. My AC is on almost all the time and that is the fan I have the cooler in front of so as long as my AC is on I have a constant draw of air cooling the oil. Seems to work great I have to really work to get to 220 most of the time it is at 200.
